Welcome! Thank you so much for choosing Work-Life Balance Guesthouse for your relaxing stay in Busan. To ensure a happy, safe, and comfortable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to read and follow our house guidelines below.

1. Check-in & Arrival

-Check-in/out Hours: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM.

-ID Verification: For the security of all residents, please send a copy of the IDs/passports of all staying guests before check-in. If you have a Korean government-issued ID (such as an ARC or resident registration card), please submit it as a priority. Unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with security rules will result in immediate cancellation of your stay.

-Front Door Passcode: We will send you the passcode within one hour of your check-in time or once you message us upon arrival.

-Parking: On-site parking is not available. Please use the nearby paid public facilities: "Choryang Chinatown Public Parking" or "Yeongju Parking."

2. For a Quiet & Safe Stay (Must-Read)

-No Parties & Alcohol Restrictions: Our space is a quiet sanctuary dedicated to 'rest and relaxation.' Parties, loud disturbances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited. For exceptional circumstances, please consult the host in advance.

-No Smoking & No Flammables: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building. The use of flammable items (candles, incense, lighters) is forbidden for fire safety.

-Noise Consideration: Please keep noise to an absolute minimum after 9:00 PM. Due to strict local noise regulations, we are unable to accommodate families with young children.

-Security Cameras (CCTV): For guest safety and preventing unauthorized entry, 24/7 security cameras operate in public areas (boiler room, stairs, main entrance). There are absolutely no cameras in private areas. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate cancellation.

-No Photography/Videography: To protect privacy and property security, unauthorized commercial photography, videography, or broadcasting inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited.

3. Room & Amenities Tips

-Wi-Fi: Fast Wi-Fi is ready for you to connect!

-Climate Control: AC is available from May 31 to Sep 30. Please turn it off when going out and keep windows closed. For Boiler (Heating) adjustments, please consult the host between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM on your arrival day.

-Kitchen Use (Odor Policy): To keep the air pristine and protect bedding, heavy cooking (grilling meat, deep-frying) and foods with strong, lingering odors are strictly prohibited. Only simple reheating via microwave is allowed. Please prepare your own drinking water. Sharp objects (knives/scissors) are not provided for safety.

-Food & Dining: Please enjoy meals at the dining table, not on the beds.

-Laundry & Towels: Our in-house washing machine is currently unavailable. Detailed information and map links for nearby 24-hour coin laundries will be provided in your check-in email. We provide 1 fresh towel per guest per day.

-Room Access Allocation: For bookings of 4 or fewer guests, one of the two bedrooms may be locked for safety and maintenance. Let us know in advance if you require access to both.

4. Safety & Etiquette

-Luggage & Footwear: To protect wooden floors, please lift your luggage instead of dragging it. Take off outdoor shoes inside.

-Before Heading Out: Double-check that AC, lights, and appliances are off. Always ensure the 1st-floor main door is securely locked using the inside button.

-Bathroom Etiquette: Please knock before entering shared bathrooms.

-Damage & Repairs: Please treat furnishings with care and report any damage immediately. (Please note: for safety and due to maintenance, the gas stove and certain furniture parts are currently out of service). Guests will be held responsible for any property damage.

*Restricted Area: The 3rd floor is a private residence. Unauthorized entry is considered trespassing.
