- Daily parking fee: KRW 16,500 (payment in advance on the spot)
- Daily parking fee(no mechanical parking vehicle): KRW 22,000 (payment in advance on the spot)
- Parking hours: 15:00 on the day of check-in (entry date) to 12:00 on the day of check-out
- (You have to check the Urban Stay users when parking to use daily parking during check-in/out hours.)
- In the case of vehicles that cannot be mechanically operated, please use it on your own, and parking may not be possible.

Urbanstay Boutique Nampo BIFF operates with a central heating and cooling system. Air conditioning is available from May to September, and heating is available from November to March. Depending on local conditions such as the outside temperature, the operation of heating and cooling may be limited to certain hours or the operating period may be extended or shortened. [ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.
- Infants under 37 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.

- To request room cleaning service, please contact us at least one day in advance via mobile frontdesk. (paid service)

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9 PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
