※ Parking Information & Fees

- Mechanical Paid Parking. KRW 7,700 per day / KRW 99,000 per month
- Daily parking fee applies from 16:00 on the check‑in date to 12:00 the next day. Additional fees apply for parking outside these hours (KRW 1,500 per 30 minutes).
- Detailed parking information can be found in the property guide. (Please check for prohibited vehicle types and detailed regulations.)
- If the parking lot is full, parking is not available, and guests must use nearby parking lots at their own expense.
- Guests must park and retrieve their vehicles directly after 22:00 on weekdays and 18:00 on weekends.
- Parking Tower No. 2 (near the hotel entrance) operates only between 08:00–21:00 on weekdays and 08:00–18:00 on weekends.
-Only vehicles with actual specifications listed on the registration certificate of length 5m or less, width 1.95m or less, height 1.7m or less, and weight 2 tons or less are allowed.
- Electric and hybrid vehicles are not allowed due to weight restrictions and safety concerns.
- Parking may be restricted for certain vehicle types even if they meet the above criteria.

Age Policy
Only guests aged 19 or older as of the check-in date (i.e., legal adults who have already had their birthday) are allowed to check in and stay alone.
Minors under the age of 19 are not permitted to stay alone without a legal guardian.
In addition, even if separate documents such as a guardian consent form or parental consent form are submitted, unaccompanied stays by minors are not allowed.
Guests under the age of 19 must stay with their legal guardian.

As of 2026, guests born in 2007 are permitted to stay without a guardian only after their birthday has passed.

[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.
- Infants under 37 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.

[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
- Cleaning services are not included during your stay.
- To request room cleaning service, please contact us via mobile frontdesk at least one day in advance. (paid service)

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow acompensation procedure.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours (After 9 PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
- Location and design of the furniture may differ from the picture.
