- car per room can park for free in the parking area exclusively for residence on B1F-4F of the building upon pre-registration.

- The underground parking lot is connected to the A/B building, so we recommend you to park in the basement of the tower building.
- Please note that parking may be charged at a later date, so be sure to check when you return.
- Vehicles over 2.3 meters in height are not permitted to park.

[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.
- Infants under 37 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.

[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
- Cleaning services are not included during your stay.
- To request room cleaning service, please contact us at least one day in advance via mobile frontdesk. (paid service)

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9 PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
- Location and design of the furniture may differ from the picture.

Urban Stay Songdo Moonlight Park is a building with a central heating and cooling system. Air conditioning is on from May to September, and heating is on from November to March.
Depending on the local environment, such as outside temperatures, heating and cooling may be operated only during certain hours or extended or shortened.
