[Guide to Hinoki]
ㅁ Hinoki bath is provided for foot bathing purposes (bathroom X) (the water is hot and cannot be used immediately, so if you adjust the temperature with cold water, you can take a half-body bath)
ㅁ Hinoki bath provides one free hot water (no additional use)
ㅁ Hours of use: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the day of entry
ㅁ Bubbles and bath additives are not allowed in the Hinoki bath. (300,000 won charged if used)

***STAYMIND 1,2 (fireplace + spa) rooms operate a deposit system.
*No smoking & Damage deposit
We operate a deposit system to provide comfortable rooms.
Please make a reservation, only if you agree with this
(Pay 100,000 won by credit card when entering the room)

If there is no damage in the room and if you don't smoke in the room, it will be refunded after checking out.
There is no refund if you leave without checking out.

If it is damaged, please let us know when you leave. If you leave without informing us, we will not refund you.
(Reimbursement based on the actual purchase price in case of damage to the item)

Examples of Damage
1. Smoking in the room (including e-cigarettes)
2. Contamination of bedding and towels by dyeing, bodily fluids, bloodstains, and food
3. Damage to items (wine glasses, tableware, etc.)
4. Wall seal sticker marks and damage

All children and infants are considered adults for occupancy purposes.
All special requests are subject to availability.
An additional charge will be required for use of the property facilities such as BBQ, swimming pool, and spa.
Availability of property facilities may be subject to weather conditions or property related circumstances.
Check-in may be rejected if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Guests are required to provide a phone number at which property can reach them, when making the reservation.
Guests arriving after 07:00 PM(KST) are required to contact the property directly prior to arrival.

Property information will be sent to your registered email upon reservation.
Smoking is prohibited. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
The information for check-in and facilities will be sent to the phone number the guest provides. (If you do not receive a message, please check your email and find the property's contact number and call them.)
The minimum age of guests to stay is 19 years if unaccompanied by parents or legal guardians.
