ㅁ Room cleaning takes place between 11:00 and 15:00, so please strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times to ensure smooth operation.
ㅁ For check-ins after 20:00, please contact us in advance. Same-day bookings may be canceled if there is no prior notice.
ㅁ By law, minors without a guardian are not permitted to stay. If discovered, no refunds will be issued.
[Reservation Information]
ㅁ The contact number of the property will be automatically sent to your mobile phone upon reservation.

ㅁ You must complete full payment within 3 hours of making a reservation to finalize your booking.
[Outdoor BBQ]
ㅁ Provided items: premium grill, charcoal + torch, grilling tools, etc.
ㅁ Fee: 20,000 KRW for 2 people / 5,000 KRW per additional person, children under 36 months free (payment on-site)
ㅁ BBQ Hours: From check-in until 21:00 ㅁ BBQ availability may be restricted depending on weather or seasonal conditions.
[Notice]
If guests check-in or payment is scheduled to occur after 08:00 PM (Korean time), please make sure to call the "Accommodation Contact Number" directly.
[Common Information]
ᄆ When making a reservation, it is essential to provide the correct phone number and email address. This information allows the property to contact guests for property details and check-in instructions (both face-to-face and non-face-to- face).
ᄆ If guests do not provide or enter incorrect contact information during the reservation, kindly forward the correct details along with a copy of the reservation confirmation or details to the property promptly.
ᄆ The property cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the absence or inaccuracy of contact information.
ᄆ For check-ins after 08:00 PM (Korean time) on the arrival day, it is necessary to contact the property in advance to arrange the check-in time and procedure.

[Pet Charges]
If you wish to bring a pet, advance notice to the property is required.
ㅁ Pet fees (on-site payment):
1) Under 10kg: 10,000 KRW per dog
2) 10kg to under 15kg: 20,000 KRW per dog
3) 15kg to under 20kg: 30,000 KRW per dog
4) 20kg to under 30kg: 50,000 KRW per dog
5) Dogs over 30kg are not allowed to stay.
ㅁ A maximum of 3 dogs is allowed per stay. For more than 3, please contact the property in advance.
ㅁ Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up pet waste and using pee pads inside the room.
[Deposit]
100,000 KRW (to be transferred on-site). It will be refunded within 2 hours after check-out if no damages are found.
[Outdoor Pool]
ㅁ Open season: Every summer (typically July 1st ~ September 18th)

[Parking]
ㅁ Parking for up to 3 vehicles is available. For 4 or more, please inquire in advance.
ᄆ Usage of additional services, facilities, or other options may be subject to restrictions based on weather or property conditions on the day of use. Refunds for property costs due to such limitations are not possible.
ᄆ Regardless of age, all children and infants are considered adults concerning room occupancy. Exceeding the maximum guest limit may result in additional fees or entry denial, even for reservations made through Agoda.
ᄆ Special requests are subject to variability based on individual property policies and circumstances.
ᄆ Smoking is prohibited within the property premises. Guests will be held responsible for any costs, damages, or liabilities resulting from smoking.
