[Additional information]
- Minors without guardians are not allowed to make reservations nor enter the property.
- When making a reservation, additional people other than the number of people stated in the booking may be denied admission.
- Check-in starts from 03:00 PM and check-out should be done by 11:00 AM next day.
- Pets are prohibited in the property.
- Do not cook meat, grilled fish, cheonggukjang, stew, etc. in the room.
- Cleaning management fee of KRW 100,000 will be charged in case of damage or odor.
- Please take care of furniture and items in the room. Reach out to the property for usage inquires.
- Any damage to the property, including bedding and indoor wall contamination (children's drawing), or loss of equipment shall be charged accordingly.
- Rooms and gardens are absolutely non-smoking areas.
- Since there are various insects in the countryside, keep the insect screens closed, and refunds are not possible due to the appearance of insects.
- To prevent accidents and fires, do not bring in personal hazard items. (Gas burners, electric grills, portable electric stoves, candles, incense, firecrackers, etc.)
- The property is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence of care and safety management.

[Barbecue]
- Electric grill and gas burner will be provided
- Guests will use an indoor barbecue room
- Reservation is required
[In/Out]
- Check-in from 03:00 PM
- Check-out until 11:00 AM
- Reach out to the property directly if check-in after 10:00PM
[Indoor swimming pool_open for all seasons]
- Cold/hot water usage fee: Free during July and August (Reservation is needed and charges will be applied for other months)
- Infants and toddlers must be accompanied by a guardian
[Notice for infants]
- Infants and toddlers are treated as adults in the property. Guests cannot exceed the maximum number of people (including children)
- Additional 4 children (over 24 months to elementary school students) are allowed with additional charge of KRW 20,000 per person
- Additional adults are not allowed (if exceeding max occupancy) and will require to contact the property in advance
- All payment should be made on-site payment
[Notice]
- Setting up barbecue and hot water for the pool must be reserved in advance
- To prevent accidents, personal burners, electric grills, candles, incense, firecrackers, etc. are prohibited

Living room, kitchen, indoor barbecue, indoor swimming pool, ondol room 1, bed room 1, kids room 1, bathroom 2
Only the main building can be used when making a basic reservation (total of 8 people)
2. Annx/wing building
Laundry room 1, bathroom 1, attic room 1
If guests would like to use the annex additionally, additional charge of KRW 150,000 will occur (required in advance/on-site payment)
When using the annex, 2 additional people can enter regardless of gender/age, in addition to the standard and additional number of people in the main building
