Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking has occurred in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and on the balcony.Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or if the police, security, or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery, or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
