These studios are nestled in the heart of Albayzín which has been declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1989. The studios are an oasis of calm, a stone's throw from the historic centre and in the heart of the city. It is surrounded by a restricted traffic area ensuring a peaceful, quiet and relaxed stay. The tourist centre is a 5-minute walk, as is the Catedral y Capilla Real. The Alhambra is around 1 km from the property and it is about 2 km to the Parque de las Ciencias. The Sierra Nevada ski region is a 30-minute drive away. Renovated in 2010, these 7 tranquil, family-friendly city studios have 2 terraces with Alhambra views. One of the complex's terraces is built on top of the 11th-century wall and tower.   The central patio and some of the apartments incorporate parts of the city's old defensive walls. Facilities on offer to guests include air conditioning and wifi. Each studio has a sleeping area, and a living/dining area with a kitchenette. All come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and a safe. The kitchenette has a fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities and individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard. Some studios also have a small, private balcony. In two separate buildings, there are 3 one bedroom apartments, one with 2 private terraces and two with frontal views to the Alhambra. Guests can use the owner's swimming pool nearby, from May 15th to Sept. 30th from 11. 00 to 20. 00. They can also relax on the sun terrace. Guests arriving by car should get in touch with the Apartments, as the area is very restricted to private cars, so using a public parking with special rates for the guests is highly recommended.
