Apartment in English style with sea view

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. Allow Pets. Allow Smoking. No Events or Parties. No Children. Please keep the TV, radio or other electronic devices on low volume. Do not put any objects as towels on the heater and neither put furnitures directly in front of it. The entrainment of any objects out of the house is prohibited. This includes towels, dishes and cutlery. If you need a beach towel, we can lend you one gratis. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. You are allowed to smoke at the patio terrasses (for guests of the apartments 1 or 2), at the private balconies (for guests of the apartments 4 or 7) and at the roof terrace. It's prohibited to put any kitchen paper, sanitary napkins, condoms, diapers, leftovers (especially citchen oil) or things like these into the toilets or outlets (exept toilet paper of course). Entering the roof terrace is always at your own risk (parents are responsible for their children). It is forbidden to leave pets alone in the apartments. Any damages or extra costs caused by the pet will be charged to the guest (cleaning of furnitures and mattresses included).
