-Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2 am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.-Rooms are in a 5th floor without elevator.Please note that some rooms are interior or do not have windows, your room will be ramdomly selected depending on availability.-Any incident that is caused by the guest and needs support, outside of on-site working hours from 15:00H to 20:00H will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person who provides assistance.-Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodation and fines from 99€.-Losing the key has a penalty of 49€.-If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest.-Any damage or breakage made by the guests will be paid by them.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
