Apartments 1112, 1122, 1132, 1142, and 1152 have two rooms (one double bed + two beds) and a sofa bed
Bed linen, towels, toilet paper and bath gel/shampoo are included in the apartment without replacement.
Check-in is from 3:30 p.m.Check-in between 8:00 p.m. and 01:30 a.m. carries an additional charge of €40.It is not possible to check in after 01:30 a.m.On the day of arrival, from 12:30 p.m., contact our Check-in Agents to make an appointment for your check-in.You can contact them by phone and Whatsapp: +34 649 807 288.They will inform you of the possibilities to enter the apartment before the official check-in time.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
The city tax or tourist tax is not included in the rental of the apartment and must be paid upon arrival in cash or card.
In 2023, the municipal tax is €5 per person per day, over 16 years of age and a maximum of 7 days.


The cleaning fee is not included in the rental of the apartment and must be paid on arrival.
In 2023, the cleaning charge is €70.


Upon arrival, the client must leave a security deposit of €200, which will be released once it has been verified that the apartment has been left in good condition.Normally 5-7 days after departure.
Apartments 1111, 1121, 1131 and 1141 have two bedrooms (one double bed + bunk beds) and a sofa bed.
