New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, closer to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for all guests to register.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
