Breathtaking Costabrava seaview apartment 5m beach

1. Turning on all the heating and other appliances all together could skip the electric meter. In this case, switch off one or more devices and reactivate the general meter located behind the entrance door
2. Smoking is only allowed at the balcony and never inside the apartment.
3. Turn off lights, air-con and TV when you go out.
4. The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Please respect privacy of others. 5. Brooms and cleaning products are in the laundry. Please return the products and objects used in their place.
6. The big garbage green boxes are located at 150 meters from the house, left side.
7. The bbq amenities have to be cleaned by the guests: if not, an extra cleaning cost of 50eur will be charged.
8. To open the big windows please follow the video instructions will be supplied after your reservation.
9. Sun umbrella on the terrace have to be closed when you go out or nightime.
10. Don't throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper
11. Parties are not allowed
