We had an amazing stay at Casa Rural Kaxharre. The setting is breathtaking.The owners family is super nice and all were very helpful. Very easy to get to, as GPS was bang on.

4 razones por lo todo lo positivo. 1) la propia casa rural, sus instalaciones y el lugar donde está ubicada con una tranquilidad y vistas increibles. 2) la amabilidad y el buen hacer de sus propietarios. Ainhoa, Mikel, Leire y resto de familia son lo que siempre entendemos como buena gente. 3) los desayunos con su variedad y el entorno donde se hacen (esa terraza enorme con vistas al valle y montañas....) 4) el tener a 6 km. Donosti/San Sebastián, ciudad que te da mucho juego para todo (encantadora, playa, paseo, pinchos, casco antiguo, etc). Nada negativo. Hay que saber que hay un par de habitaciones con baño compartido. Para quien lo quiera tener en cuenta.

If you want to stay in the heart of the city, this is not for you, but it is very satisfying. If you want to experience the cider season, this location is a must-visit place. The cider fields are all around the town, and most of them are within walking distance. If not, it's still a fantastic value. During the cider season, there are cider orchards around you, but you can stroll there unless you have to know what the area is and what it isn't. It's an excellent place to stay as long as you know what it is and isn't. Beautiful home with stunning views. comfortable accommodations, spotless bathrooms, a nice bed, and a shower. Balconies where guests may view horses and vegetable gardens. It's amazing that you can be in San Sebastian in 10 to 12 minutes. It doesn't feel that way, but we did it every day, making it a relatively simple drive. Mikael was excellent, was fluent in English, and offered us excellent advice. Although his son speaks Spanish, he is beautiful and also gave us interesting ideas. This is a must-visit if you were visiting during the cider harvest, most cider orchards are nearby. It is still a great value at any other time.

Overall, a wonderful atmosphere of a family and a location we will be very pleased to visit again. Kaxkarre is a stunning location in the mountains above San Sebastian but quite close by car. The view is breathtaking. Be aware that the climb up is steep and narrow, but in our experience it is very easily accessible by car. The rooms were very clean and comfortable while maintaining a country style feel. Breakfast on the porch was rich and delicious. Mike and Anchor are great hosts, friendly and attentive to all our questions. As other guests have already mentioned, the possibility of good English communication is very helpful.

I got a very spacious family bedroom with a very large balcony with fantastic views. I was very welcome and well looked after with a delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay in this lovely home again.

My suggestion is to stay at the casa rural kaxkarre if we are fortunate enough to return. Mike and Minha are lovely hosts. As soon as we arrived, they made us feel at home. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, and the setting is lovely. The room was roomy, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The structures and grounds appear to be from an earlier era. You are transported by walking through the front door. They have completed flawless restorations. The doors are ancient, the beams are enormous, and the fireplace is captivating. Mike checked in quickly, and he gave us maps, directions, and guidance. He also helped with our taxi issue. The bathroom was spacious and fully equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast that was included was always available when it was scheduled. Fresh fruit, a variety of warm bread, juice, jams, coffee, and tea were all present. For a traditional breakfast, rub the bread with garlic, then add the tomato, and drizzle with olive oil. A short distance away is San Sebastian, where beautiful beaches and pints are located, and up the road into hills, pastures, and orchards. Try zero for a fantastic time.

Pas facile à rejoindre,surtout quand le GPS donne UNE AUTRE ADRESSE dans les points d'intérêt. Chemins quand même très étroits .mais très belle vue !
