The hotel is conveniently located near km 0. Nearby are all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping streets. The rooms were exactly as we had anticipated, which was a huge plus. I also appreciated the little attention that the hotel pays to their guests when we arrive, including bringing bottled champagne with us. We felt fantastic!.

This place of stay is excellent and conveniently located for all transportation requirements. It is conveniently close to all the attractions within a 750 m to 900 meter radius. The staff is always willing to assist you with grins, which brightens your day! The breakfast spread is fantastic. You will undoubtedly be spoilt for choices. Make this your preferred location of lodging when in madride!.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is ideal, within walking distance to all the great museums, pedestrian areas, and more. The staff is extremely friendly, after not liking our first room so much, they immediately offered us another one and gave us an upgrade! We had a great time staying at this beautiful place! Its the second time in three months that we have stayed at one of the catalonia hotels, but we will definitely be guests again in one or more of their hotels. And whenever in madride, we always will stay at the catalena puerta del sol!.

This has been a place of interest for me since i was young. I knew it would be an unforgettable experience from the moment ive arrived. Only topped off by stumbling into the catalonia. Their amazing front desk staff, namely Celia, treated me like he did without any spanish. She took care of my unique requests with ease and assisted me with my flights as well. A truly remarkable experience that ill never forget.

The hotel is in a great location, and it is incredibly comfortable. It offers the ideal balance of oldworld charm with modern convenience. Everything is within walking distance, including the train station, plazas, museums, bars, shopping, etc.. However, getting utmost comfort in the bathroom can be challenging. You must navigate the tub and avoid spraying the entire room with water.

We stayed here for a family vacation and this hotel was great. Very clean and centrally located. The lobby bar was open most of the day serving food and we had scrumptious breakfast. Service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Would definitely come back!.

This is the best hotel to stay away from. The room size is small and the price is quite expensive, over 300 euros per night. There is a small reception and breakfast in savoring kitchens. Its genuinely deceitful. Uncomfortable with previous experiences with the same hotel chain. Positive note : The staff is friendly and effective.

This hotel is in a great location, not too far from puerta del sol. The staff is friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed. I only have one complaint about the breakfast price. Eur 21 is excessive for the choice and quality provided.

The hotel front desk staff, especially alb, were very friendly. She handwritten down restaurants for us to try in the area. When you walk into the property you smell their signature scent and it assures you that youre on vacation and in a good environment. The room was clean and comfortably accommodated two adults with multiple bags. Breakfast had many options to satisfy any palate. There were many pastries, hot Spanish dishes and vegetables, varying cheeses, cold cuts, sausages of all kinds, fresh fruit, yogurt and toppings. They served the best fresh squeezed orange juice ive had in quite some time.

Love this hotel! The breakfast was excellent and the service provided by manuel y sonia was outstanding. The hotel is quite lovely, in a great location, with spotlessly clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. This is my third time staying here and will continue to do so.

I had a great time at catalonia puerta del sol. It is incredibly beautiful hotel in san francisco, close to attractions and the metro station. The room i stayed in was really nice and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, they even recommended the best places to visit. I loved the breakfast it was delicious and varied. Will definitely return!.

We stayed at the catalonia hotel once more and this five nights stay exceeded all our good experiences! After having some bad luck with the room on the first night due to its location, the manager offered us an absolutely perfect alternative. The suite couldnt have been better and nicer. All the staff were very polite and professional. Special thanks also to the warm lady in the breakfast room.

Fantastic stay in madrida! Excellent location and close to everything! We had no issues walking everywhere. Plaza mayor is less than 0.2 miles away! The hotel is spotless and secure, and the staff is excellent!.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. Its hard to find a better location. The front desk staff, especially celia, were the best part. She went above and beyond for any front counter staff member at any of the many hotels we stay in the eu and the us. He took the time to give us locations to hit that were better than all the online sites we normally use. Her visit exceeded our expectations. We hope you get to meet her as well.

I had a wonderful time at the catalonia puerta del sol. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. They gave us bottled bubbles when we arrived because we were celebrating idly. It was incredibly thoughtful of them to leave us an envelope for our arrival. A fantastic location because the hotel is close to both sol and the plaza mayor! Would most certainly return here.

The hotel is located next to 2 metro stations and is very quiet despite being next on the main street. The building is neatly decorated and tasteful. Rooms have all the amenities you need. Attentive staff with a great selection of breakfast.
