Hemos pasado una noche en la habitación Almazara, encantadora toda la decoración tanto de la habitación como de toda la casa. Al hacer el checkin nos atendió el dueño muy amablemente, nos dio indicaciones para visitar los molinos de viento y donde poder picar algo para cenar, por cierto, fuimos a Los Bartolos junto al riachuelo y frente a la iglesia de San Juan Bautista, todo buenísimo. El desayuno en ambiente muy agradable en la cocina de la casa, muy variado y atendido. Por pedir algo, yo pondría un cartelito con la palabra Hotel en la puerta además del que hay que pone Casa Rural. Volveremos.

Fantastisch verblijf, alle ruimtes waren erg smaakvol ingericht, geweldige binnentuin met zwembad. We hadden het penthouse met een heel groot en prachtig ingericht buitenterras. Het dorpje Consuegra is verder een heel mooi authentiek Spaans dorp. De molens en kasteel waren ook zeer de moeite waard.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful (no English spoken but very quick with a translator app, so no problems experienced at all). The room was simple and clean. It happened to be quite chilly the evening we arrived, but the AC/heat worked very efficiently (as would, I presume, the cooling system in the summer). The breakfast (seating at a joint table, you choose your time when you check in) was fine. For non meat eaters there wasn't a huge selection (no cheese, eggs, minimal veggies), but there was very nice bread for toasting and freshly squeezed orange juice, and the coffee machines worked well :) All in all, it was a very pleasant overnight stay for us, and a practical location from which to drive in the morning to the airport in Madrid (just 1 1/2 hours rather than making the long drive from Granada).
