The apartment is NOT provided with air conditioning, it is provided instead with ceiling fans installed in both bedrooms and one in the living room. The Apartment orientation is facing the sea and has a good ventilation, for this reason none of the apartments in the block is provided with air conditioning. This allow to be able to sleep with open window at night and listen to the sea sound rather than the air conditioning motor noise.The apartment is NOT provided with an electric oven, it is provided with an induction hob and a microwave.The swimming pool opens in principle the first week end after the 15th of june. If the swimming pool is a priority, please check the exact opening dates.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
