Bookings of less than 30 nights require a security deposit of EUR 300 and bookings of 30 nights or more require a security deposit of EUR 1,200 upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure if there is no charges or damages during the stay.
Check-in after 08:00 PM will be charged at EUR 50.
Check-in after 12:00 AM will be charged at EUR 70.
Check-out before 8:00 AM is subject to an additional charge of EUR 70.
Early check-out before 08:00 AM will be charged at EUR 70.

Guests 17 years and over will be subject to a tourism tax.
Guests arriving between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM will be subject to an additional charge of EUR 50.

Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Housekeeping service is available for an extra charge of EUR 50.
The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
The property has neither a reception or a staff. Guests are required to contact the property in advance via email to arrange check-in.
Every guest must provide a copy of a valid ID.
