I would certainly recommend using the apartment and hope to visit Neaville again. I recently got back from a fantastic week at Life Apartments Alberto List in Neaville. Before our trip, there was excellent communication with the company regarding our requirements. When we arrived at the apartment, jose took us around and explained everything to us. Jose also provided us with some excellent recommendations for places to visit and great tapas bars to eat. The apartment was tidy, well-presented, and furnished for our stay. All the main attractions in the Alberto List are conveniently located, with some excellent bars and supermarkets nearby. Thank you jose and Life Apartments for looking after us.

This apartment is located on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This apartment also has a large private rooftop terrace. It is also easy to walk to nearby attractions. This is a great apartment. The terrace is shaped I so that I can enjoy both the sun and the shade all day long. I also like the views from the roof terrace.

In the early part of November 2017, we spent four nights in this apartment. It is cozy, well-equipped, and near to the city's many tourist attractions. To get there from the airport, we used the public bus service, and the airport taxi app was downloaded for the return journey. We were taken to the airport by taxi on time and for a fairly affordable price. The region surrounding Albert List is a wonderful location to spend a few days or even weeks exploring and enjoying the culture of one of America's great cities.

In february, I stayed in their ground-floor apartment for the night. The apartment is in the historic section of town, within easy walking distance of the main tourist sites, shops, and eateries. Clean, tidy bedroom apartment near the foyer. Wish we had stayed on an upper floor apartment because guests coming in and out tended to loiter and chat in the foyer, which was clearly audible in our apartment, especially late nights. The street noise was also loud, but this was only during the day when we were predominantly outside. It's a quiet street in the evenings. The hot water tank capacity was too small for both adults and teens, perhaps this was just our apartment. The other two needed to shower in the evening, and the other two did in the morning. Poor shower drainage. Apart from those, the apartment is located in a historic area of town, just walking distance from shops, restaurants, and the main tourist attractions. The building itself is clearly historic and well renovated, having retained much of it's character and charm and blends in well with neighboring structures. A walking tour group even stopped in front of our apartment to view and talk about the building. Maybe the compilation book should include a brief history of the building.

We were tired when we finally found this place, but we grew up at the sight of its kindness. If driving a rental car, there is no nearby parking, so you have to walk quite a distance to find parking and it is expensive, so renting a car is not recommended. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to cook. I would have liked it to be a little closer to the realm salazar since I am older, but it was valuable.

This aparthotel, built in 2011, is nestled in Seville's historic center, a mere 10-minute stroll from the iconic Giralda. Nearby attractions include the Plaza de la Encarnación and the Alameda de Hercules, bustling with shops and tapas bars. Santa Justa train station is approximately 3. 5 km away, while Seville Airport is about 13 km from the property. The building houses five one and two-bedroom apartments, accessible by lift. Guests can enjoy amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry/dry cleaning services, luggage storage, and car and bicycle rentals. Each apartment features an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, internet access, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities, an ironing set, air conditioning, central heating, and a private balcony or terrace. One pet under 15 kg is permitted per apartment for a €50 fee, payable upon arrival. Check-in and key collection are at Calle San Vicente, 10, between 4 PM and 9 PM. Arrivals after midnight incur a €12/hour late fee. For self-check-in at Calle Alberto lista, 4, please call +34 658 318 107 at least 5 days in advance. A €150 damage deposit is required upon arrival via credit card and will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, pending an inspection of the apartment.
