Lovely sea view studio & patio, 5mn from the beach

- smoking is allowed only on the terraces and NOT into the apartments.
- parties are not allowed
- please, treat the apartment as yours and leave it as you found at your arrival: put back all equipment or forniture if you moved and leave it as original
- at your check out remove from the frigde / freezer your food, clean the apartment and clean your dishes, pots, glasses and kitchen tools.
- throw your garbage: the garbage green boxes are located at 150 meters from the house, left side
- turn off lights, air-con, heating and TV and close the window when you check out
- the apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Please respect privacy of others
- I kindly ask you to give a small quantity of water to the potted plants inside the home one time during your stay
- don't throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper

LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT...complaints on check out day do not serve to improve your stay: I kindly ask you in case of lack of home equipment, inconveniences or other to inform me immediately in order to resolve the issue and make your holiday even more pleasant.
