Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00.

Please note that a damage deposit of 300 € must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. But there are also other options:
- By bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival
- By credit card on arrival day
*If you are from England and will pay by bank transfer, please add €56, the fee for operations outside the European Union
It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. Please let us know which payment method you would like to use to send you the corresponding information.
