Coliving and noise
During the hours 8pm to 8am it is required the absence of noise, parties, music etc, that may disturb the normal coexistence, both in the apartment (especially terraces) and in the common areas (stairs, entrance, elevator)

The noise regulations are very strict in Barcelona and can reach a fine of 500€ that the guest must pay directly to the police.

Smoke
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment as well as littering the common areas of the building with cigarette butts.

Security
Barcelona is a very safe city in general terms but unfortunately the level of small thefts is high, especially in the more touristy areas. For this reason, we recommend that you always be careful with your belongings (especially bags, mobile phones and passports)

Never let strangers into the apartment or share the electronic key with them.

Close doors and windows whenever you are not in the apartment.
