L'host Brahian è stato molto disponibile e gentile. La stanza era bella e aveva il bagno privato e poi spazi come la cucina erano in comune. Sul tetto c'era anche un bel terrazzo.

Muy agradecidos con Brahian con quien tuvimos contacto directo. Por su profesionalidad, su amigabilidad, y recibirnos con gran entusiasmo. Nuestra estadia fue excelente en todos los sentidos. Un lugar tranquilo, acogedor, cerca al mar, cerca a un lugar comercial donde disfrutamos de la comida local. El transporte publico, hacia Los Cristianos, guagua 483, en la esquina. Los residentes locales muy amables y amigables, voluntariosos para darnos información y direcciones. Esperamos volver otro verano a disfrutar de Okeanos.

Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car. The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing.

El hotel está bien ubicado, es nuevo, bonito y está limpio. Brian es muy amable y servicial. No me gustó la luz de la habitación y algunas normas de la propiedad,como fianza de 100€, no limpian hasta la séptima noche, salida antes de las 11h y si te retrasas piden un 50% del precio de la reserva...

Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should have been by email and messaged through you. However the lady representative did her best to help me using Google translate. . Had we arrived in the dark there is no way we could have accessed our accommodation.

Das Zimmer war kleiner als in einigen Hotels die wir hatten, Waschbecken und Bewegungsmelder im Eingangsbereich, bedeutet sobald nachts jemand auf Toilette wird ist man zwangsläufig wach. Eine Nacht geht das mal, für lange Aufenthalte nicht geeignet. Geneinschaftsküche und Dachterasse sahen gut aus, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Parken in den umliegenden Straßen ist kostenlos, ein Parkhaus ist auch in der Nähe. Check In war nur online möglich, die Website sah nach Betrug aus: der bereits per Hotels.com gezahlte Betrag war noch als „zu zahlen“ angegeben, man sollte das auch noch unterschreiben. Es war einige Diskussion nötig bis das korrigiert wurde. Kaution 100€ wurde nach einer Woche erstattet.

Check in wasn’t easy. Received a WhatsApp message 45 min before check in requesting to complete personal info, ID and provide 100euro deposit. Host says it takes 14 days to return the deposit which wasn’t indicated on the description on Expedia. Better Instructions required to prepare guests that you need to complete check in using a data connection, smart phone and credit card number for deposit. Would have been nice if they can send the request 1 day earlier to complete this info beforehand. Also note that the link is only in Spanish which I do understand since we are in Tenerife (but a heads up would have been appreciated). Room was clean and enough towels provided. Well located and close to restaurants and services. Somewhat noisy as there is no AC (fan in the room) and therefore with the window opened you can hear everything outside. Also you do hear doors opening and closing. Plenty of parking available on the streets. Very close to Tenerife south Airport (15 min drive). Room served its purpose as we just need a place to stay for 1 night to catch an early morning flight

Dans l'établissement le ménage n'est fais que une fois au début puis après plus rien ni nouvelle serviette, ni gel douche plus rien. La nuit il fait horriblement chaud malgré le ventilateur alors que dehors il fait frai. Si on laisse la fenetre ouvert moustique et clmpagnie seront present soit chaleur ou insecte de plus nous avions trouver des cafard dans notre chambre. Plus probleme d accee a notre chambre avec le digicode qui a ete regler assez vite. J'ai trouver le prix cher pour ce qui a été fait. Nous avions mal dormis nos 3 nuit.
