About Silken Fontibre Iberia & Spa
Fontibre Iberia & Spa Apartments combine modern design with all the comforts of home and a unique location that invites relaxation. We offer four types of fully equipped apartments to suit the needs and preferences of our guests. Indoor parking for bicycles and motorcycles is available for a daily fee, while outdoor parking is free of charge.
A maximum of one dog per room is allowed.
Before making a reservation, guests must always inform us if they are traveling with a pet, as these rooms have limited availability. If this is not communicated in advance, Management reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation and charge any costs incurred according to the cancellation policy applicable on the day of arrival at the establishment.
For safety reasons, pet owners must certify that their pets are up to date with vaccinations and maintained in optimal hygienic condition (documentation may be required).
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.
A supplement of €18 per night will apply.
The owner is obliged to keep the pet in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions.
Pets are not allowed in common areas and must be kept on a leash when entering and leaving the apartments.
Pets may stay alone in the room provided that guests remain within the hotel premises and can be contacted.
If the pet causes disturbing noise (barking, meowing, etc. ) that may disturb other guests, the owner will be required to take immediate action, which may include ending their stay at the apartments.
Failure to comply with these regulations, or causing material damage or inconvenience to other guests, may result in penalties imposed by the hotel according to the damage or inconvenience caused, with the corresponding amount charged to the guest’s final bill.
