Spacious, Central and Authentic Family Apartment

Check-in: 17:00 to 20:00. After 20:00, there will be a late check-in fee of 10 euros, and after 22:00, a fee of 20 euros. Please let us know in advance your approximate time of arrival. The latest check in time is 23:30.

Check-out: 12:00. Please be considerate of the next guests and be prompt in leaving the apartment so that we have time to clean it to a high standard. Please let us know if you check out earlier.

House rules:
The following are prohibited in the property: smoking, parties, pets
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. The apartment is located in an old building, so excessive noise can be heard easily. Please be considerate of our residential neighbours!
Baby bed: 10 euros/ night

Charges/fines: We’ve worked hard to make our apartment a stylish and comfortable place for our guests, and we would like to maintain good relations with our neighbours so that our guests can continue to enjoy this lovely apartment in an excellent location. Fines may apply if you do not respect this and our policies.
There is a compulsory deposit of 350 euros to be paid on arrival, which will be returned (minus any necessary deductions) after the apartment has been inspected on the day of check-out. Deductions and additional fines will be made for the following:
Lost keys: 40 euros per set
Excessive mess/clean up: 50 euros to 500 euros
Late check-out: 50 euros per hour after check-out time
Damage to property and furniture: repair/replacement costs + administrative costs of 100 euros min.
Noise complaint: 200 euros
Police called: 1000 euros
Smoking: 250 euros per smoky room
