The location was fabulous, right on the beach front of La Vista beach with immediate access to restraunts, bars, shops, supermarkets etc. The one bedroom apartment was immaculate and very well equipped with everything you would need. The balcony was huge which was a bonus! The swimming pool was big and there is an on-site pool bar/snack bar which had a good selection of food and drinks. The access to the property complex was also very secure.

Very pleased with the apartment complex. The gardens were excellent and very clean. Special mention to the woman running the bar. She was so accommodating and we received excellent food and drinks. Created a lovely atmosphere with her happy personality. The apartment was specious and clean. Had great facilities.

Väldigt fin nyrenoverad lägenhet med perfekt strandläge. Stor fin balkong med utsikt över den stora poolen. Nyckelkodsystemet funkade väldigt bra. Tvätt maskin solstolar mm allt som underlättar och nära till restauranger centrum strandpromenad.

Tenerife Royal Gardens is a very nice place to stay in Playa de las Américas. Excellent location, just off the Golden Mile but still quiet and relaxing. We stayed in a lovely 1 bedroom apartment, room A1-1, with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The pool area is just right, with a separate section for infants although we did have to get up early in the mornings to be sure of sunbeds (the usual towels on sunbeds all day with nobody using them!). The only downside to our stay was there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom, just the living room, so the bedroom at night could become a sweat box. Overall a lovely place and will definitely consider it again.

Fin leilighet rett ved stranden. Mange restauranter i området og kort vei til shopping både i Las Americas og Los Cristianos. Leiligheten hadde stor terrasse og utsikt til stranden. Det var ikke noe bråk fra gaten. Dette er ikke et hotell men et leilighetskompleks. Utleier hadde kontor i bygget. Vi kom utenom kontorets åpningstid så vi fikk mail med enkle instrukser for å finne frem til leilighet og nøkkel. Hyggelig og hjelpsom utleier. Vil anbefale dette stedet og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till allt, tyst omgivning. Dock så var det renovering i rummet intill och då gick det inte att vara i rummet. Så under ett antal dagar så kunde vi inte vara i rummet mellan 10,00-16,00.

More than 10 days before arriving, our airline flight home was modified by one day and we thus had to shorten our stay by 1 day, from 10 to 9 days. We notified both the property and Expedia. Expedia said they would get us a refund of one day in their email response. The property owner told us to deal with Expedia. After leaving we contacted Expedia as directed to arrange the refund. They refused saying the property would not allow a refund. I won’t use either next year when I return. Please be advised that the pool level floor drains on the exterior decks burp sewage gas all day long leaving a terrible odour when laying on the deck chairs. The pool was nice. The towels were old and need replacement. The bed was very hard. I ended up sleeping on the couch much of the time.

Accommodatie is gedateerd en is toe aan een update. Kamer is ok, maar wel zeer beperkte kastruimte. Om naar je kamer te komen moet je door heel het pand heen, tenzij je een sleutel van het hek hebt. Receptie is zeer beperkt aanwezig, sleutel ophalen gaat met sleutelkastje met cijferslot. Parkeren moet op straat, wat met name overdag een drama is. Locatie is op loopafstand van het strand en de winkels, maar als je de drukte wilt ontvluchten moet je wel een auto hebben of dagtrips boeken. Zwembad is mooi, maar niet geschikt om baantjes trekken, meer om even af te koelen als je ligt te bakken in de zon. Conclusie: prima voor een paar dagen, maar ik zou hier niet meer teruggaan.

The positive was the location of the property, close to the beach. You can park a car in an underground parking facility nearby at 20€/day. It was not easy to find a free public parking close the property. The property is old, although basic cleaning is done daily, the overall feeling was not good. The same is in case of apartment, which we had in the section B. The apartment had old furniture and other equipment, but it was sufficient for our needs. The worst thing was the odor in the shower from sewage and toilet as there is no ventilation system, really disgusting. You can open door to the room where you sleep or a little window to the hallway. As the others also open this little window to the hallway you can smell it immediately when entering the hallway:(. Never again.
