Villa Guillona by Sealand Villas

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.If keys are lost or left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of these hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.------------El sistema de aire acondicionado en las villas funciona de 14:00 a 16:00 y de 20:00 a 08:00. Este sistema de temporizador funciona así principalmente por razones medioambientales y para evitar un uso excesivo de las máquinas de aire acondicionado.En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y 75 € fuera de ese horario. Las nuevas llaves deberán recogerse en nuestra oficina por parte del huésped. El día de la salida, no debe dejarse basura en la propiedad. Los huéspedes deben retirar todos los residuos; de lo contrario, se aplicará una tarifa de 150 € por gestión de residuos.
