The location is strategically located in a quiet street opposite the Jetting Beach hotel yet it's still close to the restaurant and beach. The house is lovely, clean, and tastefully maintained. Our stay was great and the staff members were helpful and happy to help. The owner himself runs this place. He has been in the hotel industry and knows hospitality. If you need anything, you can call the owner at any time.

The place is beautiful in a quiet lane next to the jetting beach hotel, but close to the restaurant and the beach. The property is nice, clean, and tastefully kept. Our stay was great with all the help and assistance from the staff that would gladly provide. This place is run by the owner Sean himself, who is from the hotel industry and knows the hospitality business. If you need any help can contact the owner anytime.

We spent one night here, our last night in Sri Lanka. Our first night was spent on a property just down the street. We preferred parkway 88. Our room was enormous, spotless, and relatively new. The owner was friendly. Excellent English. Excellent transportation vehicle to take us to the airport. For some of our trips throughout Sri Lanka, I would have been very happy to use him as our chauffeur. It's small, but we only had time to enjoy a quick swim in the arcade once we got there before heading to dinner, so it served it's purpose. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Our family room was also a nice value. There are 1 double and 1 single bed in our family room.
