Kaohsiung city is a well-known goldmine of vintage timid and sensuality that spans both architecture and culture. How house hotel, a converted mansion from the Japanese colonial era, is also a lovely illustration of this in the form of boutique accommodations. However, with their custom-tailored map and handy mobile app, it also acts as a guide to the variety of similarminded pleasures in the neighborhood around Boulevard Mata, a stones throw from the Liu He Night Market. From the moment you check out of the tropical heat, a friendly concierge welcomes you and offers cotton slippers and a coldbrewed oolong tea refreshment. Inside furnishings like rattan and sepia interior furniture tatami book lounge, shared kitchen, and bedrooms are soothing and warm. Booked directly from their website, and received a complimentary breakfast reward. On the following visit to Kaohsiung, we will stay here at first. Definitely suggested.

You will tell how different how house is from most places you have been. It's a unique, cozy, and utterly unmatched area. It is a place of quiet and quiet, albeit located in the city's busiest areas. You can immediately sense that the proprietors want you to feel at home, and this is apparent when you look at the care and devotion that has been put into every aspect of the house. From the soothing cream-and-white bedrooms with the utmostly comfy beds to the farmhouse kitchen style where you can order some delicious local pastries and other delectable fare, to the breathtaking lounge complete with couches and a huge bookcase, this is the kind of house you would want to own. Not only that, but the personnel goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience. I can't think of a nicer location to stay when visiting Kaohsiung, and I advise everyone to try it at least once, although, trust me when I say you'll want to return.

One of the top hotels I've ever stayed in Asia must be this one. The wonderful location enhanced my overall experience in the city. The city's main subway station was only a minute away, and the hotel was only five minutes from the city's most well-known night market. The staff was well-informed in the area, and all their suggestions were correct. The ambience of how house was nostalgic but in a modern context. For such a hip and bustling area, it was incredibly comfy and utterly peaceful. There were several social spaces inside where visitors could unwind, mingle, and even pour themselves a cup of local organic tea from the snack bar. The rooms were outstanding, neutral, and cozy, and most importantly, they gave guests a sense of privacy.

When I was searching for lodging in Kaohsiung early this year, I happened to be aware of this newly opened guest house. I was interested by the story of the former How House in the '60 s and its reopening after a renovation last year. I spent one night in April. It was my first time visiting Kaohsiung. On arrival, I and I gave me a warm welcome and an informative insight into the town, where to visit, nice views, where and what to eat, etc. Although my time in Kaohsiung was only a half day, their advice made my short stay enjoyable. The room and communal area, such as the living area, were immaculately clean. This time, my visit was too short, so I want to stay at How House in the near future to explore Kaohsiung more and more frequently. The met forms boulevard station is only a minute away from How House.

Small boutique with a unique, glamorous vibe that offers guests a place to stay filled with everything they need and not just the necessities. It feels like you are staying in a fantastic private home with a friendly service with a very welcoming staff. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very tastefully decorated, and we felt completely pampered!
