Angket Hip corner apartment - large balcony

Upon check in we require a security deposit to the value of 4,000 Thai baht (payable in any currency), which is refundable on check-out in the same currency as received at check-in, or in Thai Baht, minus any damages and utilities.

Check In & Check Out
Utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be chargeable on check-out. Most condominiums charge water at approx. 35 baht per cubic meter (1 ton), and electric at 8 baht per unit.
Security Deposit
Additional room cleaning service can be provided for 600 Baht for a studio apartment and includes cleaning of room and changing of bedding & towels. Bedding and towels are provided for.
Check in - 1pm to 6pm
Utilities
Check out - 9am to 11am
Regular business hours are 9am - 6pm. We charge a fee of 1,000 baht for after-hours check ins and check outs. Please note we cannot accommodate check ins or check outs after 11pm or before 7am.
