Welcome to Ao Nang Mountain View Pool Villa! To comply with Thai law, all guests are required to show their passports at check-in. We will take photos and report them to Krabi immigration within 24 hours. Violators may be fined 1,700 baht by the immigration police.

- The maximum number of guests is 8.
- Please smoke or vape only outside. Smoking inside the villa will result in a 5,000 baht cleaning fee.
- If you plan on having an extra guest stay with you, please let us know ahead of time and pay an additional fee of only 500 baht per person per stay. This helps cover the cost of extra bedding, towels, laundry, supplies, and facility use.
- No cannabis, marijuana, or weed use, or any illegal activities, are allowed in the villa.
- Please always lock the doors and windows when you go out. If you are on the 2nd floor, make sure to lock the doors and windows on the 1st and 3rd floors to prevent monkeys from entering. Some of these monkeys can open doors if they are not locked.
- Please turn off the air conditioner and unplug appliances when not in use or when leaving the villa for over an hour.
- Please set the air conditioner to 18–27°C and do not run it all day. Ensure doors and windows are closed while the air conditioner is on.
- Each air conditioner is designed to cool only its designated space: the bedroom unit is for the bedroom, and the living room unit is for the living room only.
- Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep the noise down after 10 p.m.
- Please use cookware carefully; a 1,000 baht fee applies for damaged items.
- Please avoid sink clogs by not disposing of food, grease, or trash into the sink.
- Please use the bathroom trash can for toilet paper or other products. A 1,000 baht fee applies for toilet clogs.

Pool Rules
- Please do not bring any glass containers into the pool area and use the bathroom before entering the pool.
- Always shower before and after using the pool
- Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty, so use the facilities at your own risk.
