AP13 - Large townhouse in Kamala pool & playground

This house is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Estate’s rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.

Electricity usage of 30 kWh/day is included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 THB/kWh. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the ACs. Please turn off the ACs and lights when leaving Cleaning service is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee on request. Late check-in is available upon request free of charge.

Damage deposit has to be paid on arrival is 10000 baht.
