The location is excellent, with lots of charming little side streets serving delicious food, especially the little bird cafe. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful doggos. I booked a budget room and received what i paid for. Although the room could have been kept up better, it was overall clean and comfortable. Every day, there is free water.

I had a great time during my few nights here. Garry, the owner, and his wife are really kind. The room was excellent value, spotless, nice, etc. I will return here when i visit chiang mai because ill feel at ease there.

I heartily endorse this location. The atmosphere in this room is fantastic, it is incredibly serene, and the room itself is spotless. If i ever get the chance to return to chiang mai, ill stay here again.

Friendly homestay on a quiet residential street near the nimman action. I had i had an amazing bright top floor room. Garry is able to help host and the bed was very comfortable. For nearby breakfast, on the bread is great.

I stayed for one night and was greeted warmly by P'Eye and her husband, who were very helpful in helping me with everything i wanted. I met the best staff there, arbor and sarapao. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in chiangmai, ill definitely recommend this place. The cozy home feels like home ownership so very nice, the price is very good.

This place offers excellent value for the money. A charming family home with basic rooms available for rent. Situated in an upscale neighborhood with many excellent cafes and restaurants close by, this property boasts a prime location. The room is quite basic, although the mattress may not be comfortable. There is no television provided. Other than that, everything else about the property is satisfactory.

The three days i have here are fantastic. This homestay has the most comfortable bed ive ever slept on. The room is nice, the bathroom is clean, and there is a hairdryer. Breakfast is simple but ready. Although all of the rental shops contacted had all their motorcycles rented out and the price was also reasonable, they were able to order one for me. They also had lovable, fourlegged receptionist. Thai and english are both spoken by the hosts. There is nothing to complain about here. I will undoubtedly return if ill visit chiangmai again.

We arrived at the location and were kindly welcomed by the owner and his wife. They were always very helpful in any way, from offering free water or coffee etc to helping you find activities during your stay. Additionally, they offer to arrange scooter rentals for you. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you needed, including your own fridge. You feel like a baby in cradle and had the best sleep weve had in quite some time, but dont book it if you get seasick easily. Nimman, whose location is close to irm area, which is crowded and offers everything from food over shops to small street markets to party spots, the hostel is located 5 minutes walk from the lively area of nimman. In terms of amenities, we think nigman is superior to the old town district in terms thereof. Overall, im definitely recommend arbors house as tasty house for letting you down!.

This place is a great choice for lodging! The location is excellent in chiang mai, with everything within walking distance. For example, delicious food, massages, cafes and 7-11s are all within easy walking reach. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and accommodating!.

We stayed in the king room with mountain view and it was worth every penny. The room was clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. They sorted out scooter rental and recommended some places for us to see. We liked it so much that we returned and slept in one of the Japanese style rooms which were perfect for what we wanted. I highly recommend arbors house to anyone going to chiang mai. Thank you, garry from George and Rebecca.
