Arroz Private Pool Villa: Fiesta 1

Accomodation details
1. Check-in is available from 12:00 PM, and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM (there will be an additional charge of 500 baht per hour for early check-ins or late check-outs). Please refrain from making loud noises outside the house after 10:00 PM.
2. Clean all kitchen utensils after use. If cleaning is inconvenient, we will provide cleaning services at your expense.
3. Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a security deposit fee of 3,000 baht along with a copy of their identification card. If there is no damage during the stay, the full security deposit fee will be refunded upon check-out.
4. We reserve the right to cancel the accommodation and not refund any money if the number of guests exceeds the declared amount.
5. We do not take responsibility for any personal property or life during your stay.

Prohibitions and penalties

1. If the damage falls within the coverage of the security deposit, we will use the deposit to compensate for the incurred damage.
2. If the damage exceeds the coverage of the security deposit, we will use the deposit and claim the actual damage cost.
3. Any damage, whether internal or external to the building, furniture, electronics, etc., caused by movement, modifications, or any accidents, will be charged based on the actual damage cost.
4. Eating and drinking in the pool are prohibited. If any food or drink residues are found, a fee of 3,000 baht will be charged.
5. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Violation of this rule will incur a penalty of 3,000 baht.
6. Pets, such as dogs, are allowed in certain areas with clear restrictions and limited space. Owners must bring their pet's bedding and ensure their cleanliness throughout the stay.
7. Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are allowed outside the main villa. Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged 2,000 baht.
8. Engaging in any violent or dangerous actions towards others' life or property is strictly prohibited.
9. Bringing illegal substances into the accommodation area will result in reporting to the police.
10. In case of any disputes or failure to compensate for damages, legal action will be taken without exceptions.

Additional service rates.
1. Cleaning service: 1,000 baht per session.
2. Additional laundry and cleaning services: In case of damage and stains on bedding and furniture (mattress, bedsheet, pillow, blanket, pillowcase, sofa, synthetic leather chair, rattan chair), actual damage costs will apply.
