- Strictly no smoking inside the house, but you can smoke in smoking area or at the balcony
- Please turn off the lights, TV and air-conditioner every time you leave the room
- Please respect for the others during the stay in the place, be mindful of the noise
- Keep room clean and help save the belongings
- No pet allowed

Check in time is 2 pm -12 am (midnight)

Quiet after 9 pm

Just follow the golden rule: treat the space how you would want your space treated and be respectful of my neighbours in your noise level.Take out garbage daily.

Also need to provide the following according to normal security and visitor policy.
Passport copy/details
Arrival card
Arrival stamp.

Note:
The condo is not a HOTEL,so if there are any issues or questions,call or text directly to me and DO NOT go to the front desk at the building or the security guards. Big or small question,I will help you with it. At this time, the condo use face scan. We can give only 1 face scan per booking.

Be and respect like you are staying at a friends place,and also if someone ask, say you are a friend staying over. please feel free like home during your stay.

Lost keycard is charged 2000 bath.

Extra bed is charged 500 bath/1/day. we provide japanesee mattress.
