A fine of 1000 Thb will be charged for lost or non-refundable keys. Pets of any kind are not allowed. The number of guests must not exceed the stated limit. A charge of 500 Thb per person will apply for exceeding the limit. Children under 10 years old are not permitted. 4 guests: 2 rooms open, plus common area. 5 guests: 3 rooms open, plus common area. Parking Information 1 car can be parked inside the house. 1 car can be parked in front of the house. Interior Usage Living Room: You can fully use the sofa and seating area. Do not move any furniture. Please do not place easily spillable food or drinks directly on the sofa. A cleaning fee of 1000 Thb per item will be charged for any spills or stains. Kitchen Basic utensils are provided. Please wash dishes after use. A cleaning fee of 1000 Thb will be charged for unwashed dishes. A fine of 500 Thb per broken or damaged utensil will be charged. Please refrain from cooking with strong odors or producing excessive smoke inside the house. Bedroom Bed sheets and blankets are provided. Please maintain cleanliness.
