The damage deposit is 1000 baht, which the guest need to paid when they check in
and they will get the money back if no damage is caused.

The staff will come out to met you when you arrive

Please note there are 3 bedrooms.
That the bed room will be honour depond on occupancy such as ;
- reservation for 6 people 2 bedrooms be given
- reservation for 10 people 3 bedrooms be given

- Do not turn on the speakers around the swimming pool.
- Smoking and cooking are allowed.
- Before check out, wash the dishes and kitchenware There will be a 300 THB service fee if it is not convenient.
- Do not bring drugs or illegal items into the house.
- Avoid eating anything close to the swimming pool.
- If the swimming pool equipment leaks or is damaged, the cost is 700 THB per item.
- Pest are allowed. The cost is 300 per pet, please bring accessories for pet by yourself.

ห้ามสูบบุหรี่และประกอบอาหารในตัวอาคารบ้านพัก
ล้างอุปกรณ์จานชามและอุปกรณ์เครื่องครัวให้เรียบร้อยก่อน check out หากไม่สะดวก คิดค่าบริการ300บาท
ห้ามนำสิ่งเสพติดหรือของผิด กฎหมายเข้ามาในบ้านพักเด็ดขาด
ห้ามรับประทานอาหารขอบสระว่ายน้ำ
หากอุปกรณ์เล่นสระน้ำห่วงยาง รั่วชำรุด เสียหายทุกกรณีคิดค่าเสียค่าตัวละ700บาท
ที่พักอนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าที่พักได้ มีค่าบริการ 300 บาท/ตัว ต้องมีที่นอนมาเองมาเองห้ามนอนบนเตียง
