✓ Late check-in possible via self check-in
✓ Electricity included for short stays
✓ For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity is metered separately
✓ Security deposit: THB 2,000 (refundable)
✓ Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
✓ Weekly housekeeping included for longer stays

For bookings made after 6 PM, self check-in is available. Please note that the security deposit must be paid prior to check-in. Payment can be made by card.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Guests are fully responsible for their personal safety and belongings during their stay. The host and property owner shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, loss, or theft that may occur on the premises or while using any of the building facilities. Guests agree to take appropriate precautions, especially when supervising children or using the pool. Please secure all valuables and ensure doors and windows are locked when the unit is unattended. By confirming this reservation, guests accept full liability for any damage or loss caused by themselves or their guests and agree to cover associated costs if required.
