Saya sangat puas dengan masa menginap saya. Staf di hotel ini sangat ramah dan hangat. Lokasinya sangat bagus. Kamarnya sangat nyaman. Hotel ini sangat indah. Kolam renangnya bagus. Saya pikir saya akan kembali ke hotel ini.

Staf di hotel ini sangat buruk, tidak seperti keramahtamahan orang Thailand. Salah satu karyawan merusak koper saya dan tidak mau memperbaikinya sampai saya memaksanya. Yang lain mulai meneriaki saya karena saya membayar dengan kartu. Sesampainya di atap saya meminta untuk memasukkan tagihan saya ke tagihan kamar saya, yang mungkin dilakukan di hotel mana pun tetapi tidak dengan mereka. I stayed here for a month. Everything is very nice, but the building is old or damaged by water, and some things are a bit worn. However, just before we left, they had repained the exterior and the car park of the building, so all other areas may well be underway. All communal areas are kept very clean and all staff are very nice. Unfortunately the gym equipment is quite old but generally works. The food at the restaurant is very good.

I stayed at the hotel for a week. Destination is ideal for those who want to wake up at 6 am every morning because the hotel is right next to a mosque where the singing woke up the entire neighborhood. If you also enjoy swimming in the pool, be prepared to look like an alien with green skin once you submerge into the depths - the color will stay, do not at least wear nail polish. Also, wifi barely works anywhere, in the room or in the pool. The breakfast was honestly the worst ive ever seen in hundreads hotels ive stayed, cereal even contained bugs. The food at the hotel restaurant was good no complaints, overall very friendly and nice staff. Slightly forgot about the orders, but not a big deal. The room was fine, dishes had to be washed due to crust and spiderwebs here and there. The balcony glass fence is very short, not recommended for families with small children. There are no taxi or tuktuk services nearby, so if you dont want to overpay for the hotels taxi services, you have to walk around 500 meters towards the beach. Otherwise, the hotel has nice services, such as free shuffle bus to the beach. The gym was also quite nice. Still enjoyed my stay as i didnt mind waking up early or being green at times, but this hotel didnt make it on my list of hotels i would return to.

Penginapan yang sangat bagus dengan semua fasilitas yang saya butuhkan untuk liburan saya. Sepertinya didekorasi dengan sangat baik dengan tempat tidur yang nyaman. Pantai yang bagus dan dekat. Pijat dan restoran di sekitar dan juga di kompleks. Kolam renang luar biasa dan bar atau restoran Italia di puncak gedung, sangat keren untuk minuman beralkohol. Kedai kopi dengan croissant terbaik di lobi.

My stay was excellent. Im quite happy. This hotels personnel is really kind and welcoming. Its a fantastic setting. The rooms are really cozy. The hotel is stunning. The swimming pools are magnificent. I believe i will stay at this hotel again.

The location is excellent. Kamala beach is 5 minutes away, and there are numerous bars, shops, restaurants, and massage parlors nearby. The room is tidy and furnished. The morning and sunset views of the mountains are breathtaking. The hotel is surrounded by greenery. There are two clinics nearby. There is a lot of currency exchange. The hipe patong neighborhood is 15 minutes away. However, the wifi is slow and frequently ceased functioning. When i called the receptionist, she always told me i had to wait for the technician or come to the lobby for better wifi. I read about this on numerous reviews and believed we wouldnt need wifi very much. It turned out that we stayed in the room a few times due to the heavy rain and thunderstorm. Water is leaking in the building. One day after heavy rain, we woke up with a lot of water on the floor that came from the wall. I called the receptionist to do the room service, but they didnt show up. We have the paris building, and this building is very noisy from all the noise of cars and motorcycles on the main road. The last night we stayed was the best because i finally spoke with a responsive male staff over the phone that solved the problem with the extremely noisy neighbor.
