House Rules:
-Check-in from 3:00 PM
-Check-out by 11:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy must be respected as stated in your booking.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- No smoking of any kind inside the villa (cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, shisha, and cannabis).
- Smoking areas are available only outdoor.
- Respect the quiet hours: no loud noise after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.
- No parties, events, or disruptive behavior.
General Conduct:
- No illegal activities of any kind.
- Please treat the property, furnishings, and appliances with care.
- Keep doors and windows closed when the A/C is running.
- Turn off lights and A/C when leaving the villa.
Security:
- Do not give access cards, keys, or codes to anyone outside your group.
- Lost keycard or key replacement fee applies.
Children:
- Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times—especially around the pool and balconies.
TM30 Registration:
- As required by Thai law, all guests must provide passports at check-in for immigration (TM30) registration.
Electricity Policy
- Electricity is charged at 8 THB per kWh.
- Meter will be checked at check-in and check-out.
Cleaning
- A check-out cleaning fee is already included.
- Extra cleaning services are available on request.
Trash & Hygiene
- Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.
- Avoid leaving food uncovered to prevent insects.
Damages
- Any damage, excessive dirt, or missing items may result in additional charges.
