Thanks for booking our cozy townhouse.

Due to the pandemic situation, in order to keep minimum physical contact, the house keeping service will be provided under guests' requirement with additional cost. Please contact us one day in advance for house cleaning or lines changing. House cleaning is 1000thb per time, and clean lenes are 500thb for all/time. We will collect used towels and leave the clean ones on the door steps, or clean the house in your convenient time.

Also, we'd like to invite you to join our "minimum-plastic" life style in our beautiful small island Koh Samui. To protect the ocean and beaches, we encourage our guests to use plastic products repeatedly. We provide various kitchen kits for food using, glass containers, Lock Locks and so. Plastic garbage bag is not one of them. As a sad fact, we'd have tons of plastic bag from daily shopping in Thailand, we kindly recommend our guests to use those repeatedly as shopping bag or for garbage. We appreciate your help on keeping the island clean.

The rate including all access of the residence facilities (pool, gym, sauna, tennis court etc.), water, high speed fiber internet, car parking, gardening, pest control once a month, and house keeping once a week (for staying more than 7days).
Excluding extra cleaning during staying (1500thb/time), electricity (7thb/uni).
