Guests have exclusive, full access to the entire villa and all its amenities. The entire home is private - no shared spaces.
Our team is available if you need anything during your stay, but equally we respect your privacy at all times.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
✓ Check-in: 3–8 PM
✓ Check-out: before 11 AM
✓ Late check-in possible with prior arrangement

SECURITY DEPOSIT
✓ THB 10,000 refundable deposit payable at check-in.

For bookings made after 6 PM, self check-in is available. Please note that the security deposit must be paid prior to check-in. Payment can be made by card.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity is charged separately based on actual usage.
✓ THB 8 per kWh
✓ Meter readings taken at check-in and check-out
✓ For longer stays, charges may be settled weekly

HOUSEKEEPING
✓Weekly light housekeeping
✓ Fresh towels provided during service
✓ Bed linen refreshed weekly for longer stays
Additional housekeeping or food preparation services are available upon request.

POOL AND GARDEN CARE
Pool and garden maintenance may take place once or twice per week during your stay.

HOUSE RULES
✓ No smoking inside the villa
✓ Smoking permitted only in outdoor areas
✓ No pets
✓ No parties or large gatherings
✓ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Children are welcome, but please note the villa has a private pool without a safety fence.
