Additional Costs (Electricity & Water): To guarantee fair and reasonable rental prices, we calculate additional costs transparently based on actual consumption instead of a flat rate. -Electricity: 8 Thb/kWh (meter reading at check-in and check-out). -Water: 10 Thb per person/night. *note regarding electricity consumption: Since air conditioning usage varies greatly from person to person, this billing method ensures the fairest price for each guest.
