Exquisite 3BR Pool Villa Dalaa 9

Our goal is to provide you with a high standard of accommodation together with quality hospitality services and a personal touch to make sure you have the best environment to enjoy your holidays. When you arrive, we will give you a checklist to remind you about the following points: check-in and check-out times (as per our listing), maximum capacity (as per our listing), no smoking inside, no illegal activities, respect of the property, respect of the neighbors (no parties, no loud noise after 10 pm)
Other things to note:
A damage deposit of THB 500 per night is requested upon check-in. Your deposit will be refunded on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property and with deductions for electricity.
Pets allowed (additional deposit)
Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request.
Make-up cleaning is provided on a daily basis between 9 AM and 5PM. (Only provided if the guest is not in the villa)
Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
