Grand Pudpichaya is a no-smoking establishment anywhere on the premises other than in the designated external areas.

Pets are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
A security deposit of 5,000THB is required at check-in.
Grand Pudpichaya is presented ready for occupation with all domestic equipment (air-con, refrigerator, microwave, etc) powered up/on standby and ready for use. After use, please ensure that all appliances are switched from operating mode to standby.
Guests are asked to ensure that all electrical equipment, air conditioners, etc, are switched off when a room is not in use - your booking has an electricity allowance of 100kwh and excess usage above that amount will be charged at 7bht per Kwh.
The internal kitchen is designed for light meal preparation only - guests are welcome to use the microwave, toaster and kettle for this purpose. Please do not leave items plugged into the pop-up electrical sockets on kitchen island counter unless in use. Ensure that the pop-up socket covers on kitchen island counter are closed when not in use.
For those guests who wish to prepare full meals, guests must use the external kitchen for boiling, frying, etc, where gas burners, barbecue and all kinds of kitchen utensils are available.
When using the barbecue please do not move it from its position near the external kitchen counter. It is forbidden to use the barbecue anywhere else on the premises. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of the terms of the booking and result in the immediate cancellation of said booking without refund or return of security deposit. .

Please note that internal furniture and electrical equipment (TV, etc) are not to be used in any of the external areas (including the pool terrace).
When using the swimming pool, guests should observe the Pool Rules as displayed near the pool and as described in the House Information pack (English/Thai) provided to guests on check-in.
