If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. Allow Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. Check In & Check Out Unless otherwise agreed in advance: Check in - 1pm to 6pm Check out - by 11am Regular business hours are 9am - 6pm. We charge a fee of 1,000 baht for out-of-hours check ins and check outs. Please note we cannot accommodate check ins or check outs after 11pm or before 7am. Utilities When leasing a self-catering condo it is standard practice for the tenant to pay utility bills, although these charges are relatively small. Most condominiums charge water at approx 35 baht per cubic meter (1 ton), and electric is charged at 8 baht per unit. Water and electric will be charged on check out. A room cleaning service can be provided - this includes cleaning of room and changing of bedding & towels. Costs per clean are: 500 Baht for a studio, 750 Baht for a one bed and 1,000 Baht for a two bed condo. One set of bedding per bed is supplied. If you require a spare set for your stay a fee of 250 Baht applies to cover extra laundry costs. Please let us know in advance if you require extra bedding. If you require a safe for your condo, please inform us in advance of your arrival so we can ensure availability. Please note, there is a fee of 500 baht to provide a safe for your stay. Tm30 (Notification of Residence) Reporting On arrival we are required to take a copy of all guest passports and visas for immigration reporting purposes (Tm30). Tm30 reporting is a legal and enforced process, which registers the residence of all foreigners in Thailand. All foreigners must be registered with immigration within 24 hours of arrival at their accommodation, for each accommodation they stay in whilst in Thailand.
