Housekeeping & Services

Your stay includes daily housekeeping, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all utilities (water and electricity) in your rate. We provide fresh towels and linens every three days. Housekeeping is scheduled between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM; please let us know if you would prefer to skip service on any specific day.

Pool cleaning and garden maintenance takes place once a week, we will notify you in advance of the times. If you are not at home, they will enter the premises using a temporary access code, and only work in the outdoor pool and garden area.

Guest Support

We are available to support guests with local recommendations to arrange tours and activities, and are always happy to help ensure your Phuket experience is seamless.

Pro-Tip: The Grab App (Taxi and Food) is a must download, its a simple and convenient way to order a cab to get around, or to get delicious meals from nearby restaurants.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

We try to accommodate guest requests for early check-in or late check-out, however, this may not be possible when we have back to back bookings with departing guests, or needing to prepare the Villa for our next guest. To ensure the Villa is deep-cleaned to our high standards, early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability.

We can only confirm complimentary early check-in or late check-out the day before your arrival or departure. Guests arriving early without prior confirmation may not enter the Villa, we are however happy to securely store your luggage until 3:00 PM.

If you need to delay your check-out, we are happy to provide late check-out free of charge provided there are no guests scheduled immediately after you. Guests checking out late without prior agreement will be charged 2000 THB per hour.

Quiet Hours

Our villa is nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood where locals live. To ensure a restful environment for both our guests and our neighbors, we ask our guests not to play loud music, and to observe quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. We appreciate your help in maintaining the tranquil atmosphere that makes our villa so special!

Smoking Policy

We invite guests to enjoy smoking in our beautiful outdoor spaces, including the terraces, balconies, and gardens. To keep the interior fresh for all guests, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A fine of 5000 THB will be charged for violations.

Aircons

Due to the humid tropical climate in Phuket, open doors or windows in rooms whilst the aircons are on will cause them to leak and drip water, to avoid this and also to ensure that the Aircons are working optimally, please keep all room doors and windows closed when aircons are in use, and switch them off when not in use.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 8,000 THB is collected at check-in cash and returned in full at check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding fees.
