Upon arrival, you will receive a checklist covering the following:

- No smoking inside the apartment (permitted only in designated areas)
- No illegal activities
- Respect for the property and its condition
- Respect for neighbors: no parties and no loud noise after 10:00 PM
The apartment includes access to the swimming pool. Please note that views may vary depending on the unit assigned. The room provided may differ from the photos shown, and the residence reserves the right to allocate units at its discretion.
After your booking is confirmed, we will create a group chat on your preferred messaging app to share all arrival details and useful information for your stay in Phuket. You may contact us via this chat or by phone between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM for any assistance.
Additional Information
- Electricity is not included and will be charged at 300 THB per day (collected at check-in).
- The apartment is fully private. Guests have access to shared facilities including five swimming pools, a gym, parking, and shared Wi-Fi. Spa services and the rooftop restaurant are available at an additional cost.
- Children are welcome. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Children under 12 years old stay free when sharing existing bedding.
- Each guest is provided with one bath towel and one pool towel. Housekeeping, including linen and towel changes, is provided once per week.
