Please read it carefully!!! This place is NOT a hotel. Due to our property is a vacation condominium, the privilege to stay is strictly monitored. We would like to seek your support to ensure that you behave like you are a friend / relative of mine during your stay. If you come across any question from random resident, please respond firmly that you are a friend /relative of room owner. We also would expect a common sense, respectful attitude to make life pleasant for all neighbors especially after 7 PM.
- The pricing of this accommodation is for 4 persons, beyond the number of guest in the reservation will be charged 1,500 Baht per person during the check-in. The maximum stay is 5 guests including extra person. If more than 5 persons, it is strictly not allowed to stay with no refund.
-There is a USD 25 charge if access card is lost or not returned.
- No drugs or other illegal activities.
- No parties.
- No shoes in the apartment (to keep clean).
- No Pets allowed. For Pets in the room the fine USD 100 will be applied for deep cleaning.
- No Smoking. /Smoking is allowed only at balcony with the door close. For smoking in the room the fine USD 100 will be applied for deep cleaning.
- Check -in : 14.00 - 17.00 / Check-out : 12.00
- Please respect for the others during the stay in the place, be mindful of the noise (strictly no party and event allowed)
- Keep room clean and help save the belongings
- Please wash the dish and trash on daily basis, garbage room is right hand side when you leave the room.
- Car parking available
- Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.
- Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.
- Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.
- Treat the property like your own home.
- Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.
- Please follow Residential rules and regulation.
